Melasma older female photo.

What is it?

Rosacea: a chronic inflammatory condition that causes facial redness, visible blood vessels, and acne-like bumps—typically on the cheeks, nose, and chin.

Common Triggers: Heat, spicy foods, alcohol, stress, sun exposure.

Treatment Options:

  • Topical medications (Azelaic acid, metronidazole)
  • Oral antibiotics for flare-ups
  • NeoSkin by Aerolase: Targets inflammation and vascular components gently and effectively

Facial Redness: Persistent blotchiness or flushing, often linked to sensitivity, inflammation, or environmental triggers.

Treatment Options:

  • Soothing skincare with niacinamide or centella
  • SPF and barrier repair
  • NeoSkin by Aerolase: Calms redness and strengthens skin over time

Spider Veins (Facial Telangiectasia): tiny
visible red, blue, or purple veins, often on the nose and cheeks. Caused by sun damage, genetics, or aging.

Treatment Options:

  • Topical vitamin K or arnica (for mild cases)
  • NeoSkin by Aerolase: Non-invasive, safe treatment to visibly reduce facial veins

Melasma:
Hormonal pigmentation that appears as brown or grayish patches, usually on the forehead, cheeks, and upper lip.

Common Triggers: Pregnancy, birth control, hormone therapy, sun exposure.

Treatment Options:

  • Brightening topicals (Hydroquinone, kojic acid, tranexamic acid)
  • Gentle chemical peels
  • NeoSkin by Aerolase: A safe, non-invasive laser ideal for melasma-prone skin

Hyperpigmentation: Dark spots or uneven tone caused by acne scars, sun exposure, or inflammation.

Treatment Options:

  • Brightening agents (Vitamin C, retinoids, azelaic acid)
  • Exfoliating peels
  • NeoSkin by Aerolase: Delivers targeted pigment correction with minimal downtime

what is it?

NeoSkin by Aerolase is a powerful solution for melasma and hyperpigmentation—safe and effective for all skin types. It targets melanin and vascular components deep in the skin to help clear pigment and prevent recurrence.

how does it work?

Using 650-microsecond laser energy, NeoSkin penetrates deep into the skin to:

  • Calm inflammation and redness

  • Break down melanin deposits in the dermis and epidermis

  • Coagulate unwanted veins and vessels

  • Stimulate natural skin healing for a clearer, smoother complexion

Unlike traditional treatments, NeoSkin addresses vascular, inflammatory, and pigment-related factors—making it ideal for complex conditions like melasma and rosacea.

Accelerated Results with Combination Therapy

For faster results, Neo can be combined with a chemical peel in a single session:

  1. Neo Laser: Breaks up deep and surface pigment

frequently asked questions

How many treatments will I need?
Most patients see results in 4 to 6 sessions, spaced 2–4 weeks apart. Maintenance may be recommended based on your skin’s needs.

Is NeoSkin safe for all skin tones?
Yes! It’s FDA-cleared and safe for all Fitzpatrick skin types (I–VI).

Does it hurt?
Not at all. Treatments are highly tolerable, often described as a warm or tingling sensation—no numbing needed.

Is there downtime?
No. You may have mild redness post-treatment, but it typically resolves within hours. You can resume regular activities right away.

Can I combine this with other treatments?
Yes! Combining NeoSkin with a chemical peel can speed up results, especially for melasma or stubborn discoloration.  Please note, the downtime will be different for combination therapies.

When will I see results?
Some improvement is noticeable after the first session, with more significant results after 3–4 sessions.

Will the redness or melasma come back?
Both rosacea and melasma are chronic conditions, but regular treatments and good skincare can help manage symptoms long-term. Maintenance treatments and sun protection are key.
